I am a PT of 8 years, certified strength & conditioning coach, lover of sports and the outdoors, and most importantly, a husband and a dad.
Fun facts about me:
- I love rock climbing, tennis, and volleyball
- I have 2 amazing kids, Rhodes & Rhett
- We have a large lap dog, Huxley (Boxer/Golden Retriever mix)
- My beautiful wife, Brandy, is my biggest supporter

In grade school, I aspired to become an engineer. However, a severe shoulder injury from playing volleyball altered my path. The injury was not only painful but left me completely debilitated, unable to perform daily activities, let alone continue playing sports. This injury resulted from repetitive movements and a lack of proper maintenance and preventative care for my shoulder. After a full recovery, I went on to play collegiate volleyball for 5 years and even took up curling for a year.
The impressive rehabilitation process inspired me to pursue a career in Physical Therapy instead. I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including pediatrics, athletes, the elderly, and everyday individuals. My practice spans various specialties, treating everything from sprains and strains to neurological impairments (stroke, spinal cord injuries, MS) and more.
As a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I often meet individuals dealing with pain and limited mobility due to inadequate recovery and preventative care. This inspired me to develop a proven process for recovery, injury prevention, and longevity training.
My approach benefits anyone experiencing pain, slow injury recovery, or difficulty returning to sports or daily activities.
